I did not purchase this dress with stains. This dress was returned from being cleaned with bleach-like stains. I am not saying that the factory used bleach. The stains have altered the color of the garment in a manner that would best be described by someone who is not a chemist at a dry cleaning factory as similar to the effect of bleach.
The business made the smallest attempt at contacting me. I initially asked in the middle of December 2013 to be contacted to discuss and provided the times I am available to speak because of my profession. I filed this complaint in the middle of March as there has been not one attempt to contact me since 2013. I believe that waiting 2.5 months during a time when I was weekly asking to have the [redacted] contact me was more than patient on my end.
Also twice the staff has yelled at me and been extremely rude.
In no manner do I accept their response to my initial complaint to the Revdex.com as there is no resolution in blaming a customer.

Again, I did not say that the dry cleaner used bleach. What I have repeatedly said is that there is "a bleach like stain- a discoloration of the fabric that was not present when I dropped off the dress". Again I am not an expert in dry cleaning chemicals and as a layperson the best way to describe the discoloration is "bleach like".
There has been no effort in months and the issue was not discussed with management. The only phone call was in December when there was confusion as the person ([redacted]) who called me thought that I was calling about a black dress (reminder: this is a dusty rose colored dress and the male staff person did not know how to create a ticket for the issue and therefore he removed the original tag and pulled up an old ticket for a black dress that a small sewing repair was made and attached it to my rose colored dress. The only time I spoke with [redacted] was in December and she thought the issue was with a black dress. She said that she would get back to me and this did not happen).
Again, blaming the customer for destruction of property, abusive staff, and beyond poor customer service does not resolve the issue.

Review: I have a dress that was ruined by this cleaner. I took it back several months after they cleaned it with the ticket attached. I was not able to wear the garment as I had [redacted] and with multiple surgeries was not able to wear it during that summer season. The original man that took it with the complaint that there were now bleached stains on a brand new dress (I purchased it before I was diagnosed) took off the original receipt which showed that they were the ones that cleaned it. In addition he put on a ticket saying that the dress was black and that it needed an alteration. The dress is a rose color and does not need an alteration. I asked him to have the [redacted] call me after 8PM because I work 8am-8pm and cannot take calls at my job, or on a weekend. She did try twice but not after 8PM and she never tried me on a weekend. Since then I have had two staff members yell at me when I have continued to ask at least once a week since mid December 2013 for the [redacted] to call me. When I asked the staff today to not yell at me she only yelled more. I asked her for an apology which she refused and I asked again (my weekly request) to have the [redacted] contact me.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for the dress or given some amount of money. I highly doubt that this will happen so I want the Revdex.com to be informed and an investigation of complaints noted.

Review: I took 2 dresses to this cleaners for cleaning and hem repair. I went back a week later to pick up the items and they were cleaned, but the stitching repair had not been completed on the first dress and was a VERY poor job on the second one. The stitches were 2-2.5 inches apart, they did not hem the entire circumference of the dress and they also did not tie off the thread, so the stitching was falling out. I said this was unacceptable and they said they would fix. When I went back the second time, the first dress had been completed (not very well, but better than the first time). The second dress was still poorly done. The did not complete the circumference and did not tie off the stitching so again it was falling out. I talked with the manager and eventually the shop owner who claimed things like "we don't fix everything", "this is what you asked for", "you left it here too long", and "this is how we work". I said I would pay for the dry cleaning of both dresses and the stitching of the one, but refused to pay for the tailoring of the second dress. The shop owner would not let me take the dresses without paying for the services. I told her she did not complete the services, and that I would pay for what they DID complete. I was unable to take my dresses home with me.This is for ticket number **-**-DT, cr [redacted]and my name is [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like for them to ship me my dresses and work on their quality of work and customer service. My address is [redacted]
