Mr. [redacted] purchased this vehicle on [redacted]th [redacted] vehicle was inspected and certified before delivery. Vehicle had [redacted]kilomiters at delivery. Customer returned to dealer in [redacted] of [redacted] 8 months later with [redacted] kilometers on vehicle...

complaining of steering and tire problems stating he had the issues since he took delivery if so why did he wait that long when he purchased the vehicle he had a 30 day 1500 kilometer warranty on it. At this time I did a no charge repair for a wheel sensor and an end link which would be a normal wear and tear item. Now 1 year later he is back saying the problem was never fixed again with the vehicle now having [redacted] kilometers on it that's an additional [redacted] kilometers from when he purchased it 2 years prior. At this time I informed him that we would not be paying for any repairs after 22000 ks and 2 years on the road however being that he was concerned about drivability I again told him I would have the vehicle checked to see what he would need for repairs and get him an estimate this again at no charge. Before I did this I made it clear to him that any repairs would be at his cost. When I gave him the estimate he stated you will be paying for this not me. I then told him the repairs were normal wear and tear parts and we were not responsible he then left the building stating he would be pursuing it farther. .Parts that needed to be replaced are 2 tie rod ends and lower ball joints all classified as normal wear items for mileage and age of vehicle if these parts had been worn out 2 years ago the vehicle would not have been drivable for any length of time let alone 2 years and 22000 kilometers.
