On August 15,2015, we gave this customer a 3mo-mile drive train warranty, any repair problems should have been addressed during this time and not months after the expiration date of the warrantyWe the dealer can only issue a warranty on the date of purchase of a vehicle, if *** ***
decides to issue a warranty outside of this scope, then they do so at their discretion, we have no control over themI should listen to my wife and stop dealing with people with credit issues, they are nothing but problems.Respectfully,Mike W***, member

Ms*** and her husband purchased the truck on January 7, 2015, and to February 5, they put 2,miles on itMs.*** returned to us on January 9, and we WV inspected the truck at no charge, and it had 164,miles on it She informed us that the power steering was not
working properly, and became very irate when we told her she had to pay half of the repairs(Copy of warranty agreement attached) She relented and made an appointment for tf January 12, 2015, but did not keep itShe called again at a later date to make an appointment for February 5, 2015.The truck was dropped off before or after hours, blocking our gate, and they did not leave the keysThey returned that morning with the keys, what should halve taken half a day to fix, took a day and a half because of the key delay and when the mechanic took off the old power steering pump, you normally use the pulley from the old one, it broke and the parts store had to get us a power steering pump with the pulley on it overnight, therefore the delay as noted on repair invoiceAttached the miles on the truck were 167,a difference of 2,miles that was put on the truckWe did not hear anything else until February 18, when Ms*** calledMy son, Kevin, took the call and simply told her the truck was out of warranty by thirteen days and she would have to pay for the repairs, if she would like for us to get them done for herMs*** called back again shouting and upset our receptionist, and Sandy W*** took the callSandy tried to explain to her, what was explained to both her and her husband when they purchased the truck, that we the dealer, would have to collect the sales tax for the state of West VirginiaShe started cussing and calling us crooks and said she was going to get a lawyerMy wife yelled back and told her to do what she had to doMs*** is the one who started attacking us on social mediaThe comments made toward her did not come from anyone associated with East Auto SalesWhen she started attacking the family name, I have no control or association with the ones who made the threats toward her As far as Sandy W*** revealing personal information, we do not have any access without a social security number, as you can see on the documents attached, we do not have oneWe made sure Ms*** was over the age of eighteen, and could enter into a contractAre we supposed to be held hostage to social media every time someone makes demands outside of the contract? I have sold thousands of vehicles in my forty years in the business, and sell and finance to credit challenged customers, so I am sure I have some complaints out thereWe lived up to the contract, and so should she.Respectfully,Michael W***, Member

I am rejecting this response because:
False information. The delarship never returned my calls or emails regarding the issue. If the warranty was issued on the date why did the owner's son say wait until the 3 months is up to purchase the extended. Because the delarship likes to give false information and not hold up their end of the bargain. I should have listened to the other reviews and people who told me and warned this company operated that way. If so I wouldn't be in this position.

I am rejecting this response because their response is just excuses.    They put nothing in their response about resolving the issues at hand.   I have since paid my first payment of $246.00, which I was extremely hesitate to do because of all the work the vehicle needs.  But at the same time, they were saying they would repo my vehicle, and I need a vehicle since this is the only vehicle I have.
They have not heard from me because their customer service is so poor, what's the use?  I would like them to resolve the issues I have with my vehicle instead of making excuses as to why they think the vehicle isn't working properly!  The issues I am having with the vehicle are not something that will come within two months of owning the vehicle.
As for the heated driver seat, that is a very important part, especially when you have leather seats in this area where the temperature gets extremely low!   Yes, we test drove the car, but you can only find out so much in a fifteen minute drive!   As for a "poster" above a desk, I have no clue what he is talking about, and whatever it says I'm sure it doesn't say "buy a vehicle from us and once you sign the papers and give us your money, we don't care what is wrong with the vehicle, it's your problem now!"   Like I have stated before, this isn't my first time buying a used or a new car, but it is my first time dealing with a dealership that doesn't want to stand behind the vehicles they sell!

It doesn't suprise me that the engine and or the transmission in the vehicle hasn't stopped working. On the morning of Feb. 5, 2015, a young man brought [redacted] car in so we could see the damages that [redacted] said the evening before at 5:30PM, Dark, were sustained on...

our premises. We had already talked with our mechanic, Chris R[redacted], and determined the damages were not done at either of our places, and the young man left in a fit of rage, gunning the engine to a high RPM, and spinning the tires 30 ft. in our parking lot, and tearing out again at the stop sign at the main road entrance.
[redacted] and the young man test drove the car before she purchased it, she made no mention of the seat at that time. As you can see on the warranty agreement, copy attached, we cover the power train only, motor, transmission, and rear end. I made no promises to repair the seat, this car is 10 years old, and has 11 1,000 miles on it, I did pay for half the cost to replace the struts, copy of repair bill attached, trying to be fair and work with her.
This is the first I have heard of any other problems, I have not been contacted by [redacted] since Feb. 4, 2015, but I'm not suprised, she hasn't paid her first payment due on Feb. 5, 2015, copy of default attached. Also please See a copy of our bullentin board posted above our desk.Mike W

Dear [redacted]:
I finally met Jekyll and Hyde. My office is separated by two other offices, and I heard [redacted] on the evening of April 3, 2015, shouting loudly. When I got to the front office [redacted] was in my son's face shouting and pointing his finger in his...

face, and just a few moment before that my 68 year old receptionist said he had been doing the same to her. I told him to leave, at that point he got into my face shouting he was a customer and did not have to leave, I then demanded him to leave or I would call the police and have him removed, [redacted] is very conferential. We did everything we could to make the [redacted]'s happy and you can see by the invoices attached, even agreeing to pay $137.83 for a tire we can purchase for $63,02. [redacted] called and spoke to Ms. W[redacted], our receptionist, on March 26, 2015, she said he was very rude and threatening, said the tire blew out. Ms. W[redacted] came to me and I told her to tell him to get a new tire and we would pay for it. On Saturday, March 28, 2015, they drove the car in on the tire he said blew out, and when we took it off to replace it, it was filled with fix-a-flat.
Prior to purchasing the car, he told my nephew, Shannon, he did not think this would pass West Virginia inspection, and he and his wife took the vehicle up the road to another inspection station, at Shannon's suggestion, and he came back and apologized to Shannon, saying the other station said it would pass inspection.
He negotiated the price and signed all of the documents and is of legal age, what is the problem now? The first payment was due on April 21, 2015, and has not been paid. I would gladly refund the [redacted]'s their money, but I am not going to refund the tax money, which has been paid to the state of West Virginia, or pay for four tires, when the vehicle only needed one tire, to match the other three on the vehicle that look new.
It has cost us $396.00 commission to Shannon, the salesman, $420.00 to [redacted] for the extended warranty, $45.88 for a fill up of gas, $70,99 for two taillights, $278.06 for a crankshaft sensor that was working properly when the car left the lot, and $553.03 for the combo wiper-dimmer switch that was also working properly when the vehicle left our lot, for a total of $1,763.96 it cost us to sell this car. Soto be rid of the [redacted]'s, I will refund the down payment, less the sales taxes to be paid to the state of West Virginia, he can get them back from the state, and the tank of gas since they drove the vehicle 568 miles, for a total refund of $2,410.00, and they can have their four tires back, I can buy them for $252,08.

I am rejecting this response because: this is my sole transportation so yes, I have taken it where I needed to go but I am not at all comfortable with this vehicle because of all the mechanical problems I have faced. I have been informed that the repairs that were done to the vehicle were done as a "minimum repair to get by" and all of the repairs that were done should have been done prior to the vehicle being sold. The "wreck" that [redacted] mentions is bumper damage only where someone apparently backed in to me in a parking lot. The bumper can be purchased for under $500.00 which I told him I would do if he would take the vehicle back.
This vehicle has many problems that are inspection items which should have prevented the vehicle from being sold to begin with. If they did not perform their own inspections it would have never passed.
The vehicles that were loaned to me were taken back to them in the exact same condition that I received them. The loaner vehicles they gave me seemed to be rejects from the lot that were dirty, no gas and ran very poorly.
Regards,
