I was surprised to learn that this complaint was still openMy apologiesI believe what happened was either the father or the daughter originally came in to make a payment on a cell phoneWe asked them which phone company they had service withPerhaps they said T-Mobile, I’m not sure now
Then weeks later they returned and told us that the payment was never posted to their accountAfter doing some research and questioning them further it became apparent they didn’t know which company they had service withOnce we did more research we found out which one it wasThey were very upset with us They were told that we would try to get a refund but since so much time had lapsed we weren’t sure that would happenKwe weren’t able to get a refundI am sorry this happened but there’s only so much we can do when given bad information Please let me know if you need further information to close thisThank youPat A***
