Review: I went to there second location Car Poilt on [redacted] and [redacted] on 1/12 to have a flat tire fix. Upon changing the tire worker told me my rim was crack and it could be repaired. He kept the rim and told me to return the next day and he would have the tire repaired. I came next day and the rim was not ready I was asked to come back later in the day to obtain the rim. I came back to the shop at 9pm and the rim plus tire was but on my car. The next morning on my way to work the tire came off around the rim on the expressway. I had my vehical towed to relative home and tired to contact the shop. None of the phone number online worker. Relative transported me to the shop. Once in the shop they denied to return my money for the repair. Reported they would have to speak to the worker [redacted] to obtain my funds. My relative show the rim and tire to there tire specilist which had someone translat to my relative and myself that the rim would be unable to be repaired at there shop because them didnt have the aluminum to weld to the rim. When asked what was used to try to fix the rim the day previous no one could inform me of the material that was used; and stated again that it would need to be repaired with aluminum and they did not have aluminum. They informed me they would obtain a spare rim and provide it to me free of charge. When I return to the shop on 1/17 to obtain the rim I was told the rim was not there, they did not have the money to refund me as well. I was sent to met with there owner on [redacted] in regards to the matter. When meeting with the owner I was informed that he would personal obtain a spare rim for my car or provide me with a rim from a set of rims he had in his shop. I was to come back on 1/19 to obtain the rim. When I can to the shop on 1/19 the worker reported that he did not have a rim for my car, and the owner was not avaiable to be contacted due to it being his day off. They still have not provided me with a rim or refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $60 that was paid to the shop. Furthermore additional money I had to pay to obtain a new rim. If am not entitled to the money from the additional money I would just like to at least have the money back that was paid to the shop.
