I hired [redacted] to pull Frame and repair my recked car which was the front grill Hood side finder head light tail light back bumper I gave him 250.00 to come and get the car after that he call and said he needed. More money for a radiator and condenser. He sent me photo Shop pictures of a car saying that it was readybut when I went to get it he said he didn't fix the back it'LL be ready the following. Friday but then he wouldn't answer the phone or no one was at the Shop at this time I had already giving him 600 .00 in All and I still don't have a fix car nor my car period it's still in his gate locke**'s away I have stated to him I just want my car and my money back since my car hasn't been touched. He had been dodging me he has had my car since June it is September.Desired Settlement1000.00

I'm a cargo van driver out of St Louis, I recently had an altenator go out in the middle of rush hour in 98 degree heat on a busy Interstate in Memphis, TN. 901 Towing was dispatched after I called Progressive Insurance. A very friendly and polite gentleman named Larri responsed very quickly and had me off the Interstate and on my way to a repair facility. The place I chose wanted nearly $600 to fix a simple altenator swap. I refused and asked Larri if he knew anyone. He referred me to a place called Luxury Automotive Performance where they fixed it for a fraction of the cost. Owner was selling me a truck and did not keep up his end of the dealMr [redacted], owner of 901 towing in memphis tn posted an add on the Internet a of 2005 freightliner truck for sale. I contacTed him about the truck and made a deal with him to purchase the truck. After a week of dealing with finance company and getting approval and all is done [redacted] tells me he is going out of town on Friday and will be back on Tuesday. I already have the loan signed for the truck and money in hand and he ignores my calls and fiance companies calls but will answer calls from a number he does not know.Desired Settlement0Business Response Finance company contacted me and I explained that there was abandonment paperwork , a release of lien filed through the state along with other state forms filed in order to sale the unit. Finance company would not accept this paperwork to conclude the deal.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)The finance company was calling me continuously the week we was supposed to pick up the truck because they could not get ahold of Mr [redacted]. They informed me that all the paperwork he had was acceptable, that they had done this numerous times be cause of being a finance company and having to repo trucks their selves. I also have their names and numbers to be able to make verification of my statement. Further more, Mr. [redacted] explained to me during a phone conversation that he had already filed the paperwork with state of TN to gain the title in his name so we would not have to do so. So he obviously lies about that and is lying about the paperwork in his response to the Revdex.com.Final Business Response Based on a conversation the Revdex.com had with the company, Mr. [redacted] states that the consumer's finance company would not approve the transaction with the abandonment lien paperwork and money for this transaction never took place. The business states that they sold the vehicle to another company.
