We recently worked with La Cholla Landscaping to replace our overgrown lawn with artificial turf and add a paved area for sitting next to the turf [redacted] met with us several times to brainstorm various designs for the turf and ensure that we matched the paver color and pattern to our patio He was patient in answering our questions and following up with design adjustment that we made The installation crew was excellent - they were polite, conversational, and were impeccable in cleaning up each day We thoroughly enjoyed working with La Cholla and would highly recommend their services to anyone wishing to create a comfortable and inviting landscaping space in their home
Disrespectful and unhelpful behavior toward possible customer I contacted this company several weeks prior to our scheduled appointment. they were to come to my house to review the work I needed. it was for a front yard landscape redesign.they called me at 6:30am on the morning of our appt. and said they could not come. He said he had not noticed on his schedule that there was another job requiring his attention.I asked when could he come to my house. He said he would get back in touch with me later. (or something to that effect). I said that wasn't good enough. He could not be pinned down to an appt. time. I called his office, left a message saying I was upset, and would like a call back. He did call later that morning saying he didn't think we should work together. I agreed.

La Cholla Landscaping did not provide the service that they were contracted to provide
La Cholla Landscaping was hired by myself to remove above ground weeds in the front and back yards, spray the smaller weeds with weed killer and spray pre-emergent in all of yard On March 22, the work was done while I was at work Upon returning home I noticed that many of the taller weeds had not been pulled and that the pre-emergent had not been applied over the entire yard By March 24th I noticed that none of the weeds appeared to be dying I now know that is because the weed killer was not applied to any of the yard I asked that the job be corrected as soon as possible as we were needing to get pictures scheduled for the house to go on the market The soonest they could get a crew back out was on March 30th On March 30th they came in and pulled a few more weeds and applied the weed killer with a significant amount of blue dye to any existing weeds Even if there was one weed
