We are very sorry that Ms. [redacted] is so frustrated at this time. We are aware that there are still some items that needed to be completed and this will be taken care of by this Friday, October 8th.  It has been raining for the past couple of weeks and its difficult to work out in the rain to get this type of work done.  However, Mrs. [redacted] is also stating that the fence is not straight.  In the beginning it was made clear to Mr. [redacted] that there may be slopes because there are big roots that cannot be pulled out do to the trees in her yard. It is not because we have installed it crooked.  We will make every attempt to correct the fence to her satisfaction and of course clean up any  equipment left at her property.  Our intentions have always been to make it right and we will!We extremely apologize for these mishaps, it is not our of business to operate this way.  We can understand how this can be frustrating and as stated we will take every measure needed to remedy this situation.  Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Problem:I originally filed a complaint with Revdex.com on 9/13/2016 about our fence not being finished yet . Complaint ID [redacted] the day I filed it was around 11am. By 2pm my doorbell rang and a guy said he worked for [redacted] Sr was here to finish my fence. I took him around the backyard and showed him what was left to do. He said" if he could not finish it today then I will be back tomorrow to finish it." neither him or anyone else has come back to finish the job. There are two 4ft tall chain link posts behind my garage which still need to be dug up and removed, a huge wide open gap where white vinyl fence ends way to far away from where my old fence ended. On the west side of the house the white vinyl fence is Not connected to a post or a section of white vinyl fence to connect to the house to make it fenced in. The divider section between us and the neighbors was not installed straight at all. The guy that came out on 9/13/2016 said it can be fixed by putting a" brace" on it. Well here it is October 3rd 2016 and still the job is NOT finished. This whole operation has been a joke! No phone calls, No emails , No texts explaining why the job is not done yet. I am tired of the excuses of product on backorder!! Local home repair stores Has the posts and siding In Stock!! It needs to be dug up and straightened!! there is also a gap in the section behind my sons play area that needs to be fixed it is supposed to be a privacy fence not a peephole fence!!!! They have had AMPLE time to complete this project since they were hired back in JUNE 20 2016!! I want my fence FULLY installed or GIVE ME A REFUND SO I CAN HIRE PROFESSIONALS TO INSTALL IT and have it done before WINTER!!!! I am tired of filing reports. All I want is my fence finished and for these people to get the hell out of my life along with their equipment!!! if the fence is NOT done by 10/8/2016 I will be contacting a lawyer!!
