I would like complaint #[redacted] to be verified as a false statement towards our company, 911 Home Design & Construction, LLC, since this matter has already been discussed and resolved in the past. First of all, this complaint was clearly submitted previously to the conclusion of the case that...

Mr. [redacted] is arguing about, since the complaint is coming from a situation that has already been discussed and resolved through the [redacted]. The document that is attached below proves its conclusion. The job was successfully finished since the beginning, but as any other job, accidents may happen right after their completion; for that same reason--and by law--, we have a guarantee of two years for our customers, however, we, 911 Home Design & Construction, LLC, are responsible for our performance, and we were never willing to hire another company to fix what Mr. [redacted] claimed that needed to be fixed. Our insurance company took the time to investigate on this matter but they could't blame us on anything that Mr. [redacted] complained about, since he had already demolished part of the shower that we had built and that was far from being our responsibility. In addition to that, he never allowed us to enter his house after the official completion of the project, for which it made it impossible for us to take any farther action on this matter. Furthermore, he had previously put a complaint to the [redacted] but Mr. [redacted] himself withdrew the case after this last one was finalized with our agreement. The document attached below should be more than enough evidence to determine the lack of validity from his complaint. Even though this issue could have been solved by the actions of our work, and although the insurance company demonstrated that there was nothing that we could be at fault for, we still tried to negotiate with him and the [redacted], and we concluded this case in a successful manner by the withdrawal of this last one. If there any other issues on this matter to be clarified, please feel free to contact me personally. Extremely honest company. I had them re-do my kitchen and bathroom cabinets and countertops and they did a splendid job at a very reasonable price. We had several companies come into our house to give us an estimate and 911 Home Design was by far the most affordable one. They were willing to work with me at helping me choose the right color scheme and they also fulfilled every single one of my requests throughout the project. They follow up with you even after the project is concluded. They are always there to help, the quality is fantastic, their carpenters and installers are real artists! So glad I got to meet this wonderful team and I'm looking forward for working with them in any future home remodeling needs for our house.

We'd like to thank 911 Home Design and Construction for doing an outstanding job on our kitchen and bathroom remodels. Everybody who enters our home loves the cabinetry work in these two areas. They manufactured beautiful oak cabinets, the detail, stain...everything is just perfect. Another reason why we learned to appreciate this company is because of their honesty. We felt that we were always able to discuss every misunderstanding we had with them so the process did flow smoothly. Beautiful work. Highly recommend.

Review: Hired contractor to perform bathroom remodel. Tile installed began to crack after several weeks of project completion. Plumbing underneath sink began to leak. Plumbing behind shower wall began to leak causing damage to wall and ceiling on first level of home.Desired Settlement: I would like contractor to pay for damages incurred to home. I would like to hire another, more capable contractor, to redo the work and repair the damage with payment coming from original contractor. I would also request original contractor pay for my wages lost to deal with this matter.

We hired 911 Design to remodel my grandparents home here in Arizona. The service we received from them was nothing but great, they're very honest and professional people and gave us everything they promised from day 1. Great company.

We LOVED working with 911 Home Design. Remodeling your house can either be an extremely painful and terrible experience or a very exciting and advantageous path to go through. 911 HDC definitely made these couple of weeks as pleasant as possible. The workers are extremely responsible and talented, I feel like I received the best costumer service and Diego was just very understanding and patient. Can't wait to give them more projects in the future. I'm so happy with my new kitchen and bathroom, the cabinets are beautiful and the travertine tile looks ASTONISHING!
