This is one of the worst automotive service ever! The man who worked on my Toyota Highlander several months ago named [redacted] MISDIAGNOSED my "check engine" light since I had problems filling up my fuel tank. He charged me nearly $100 just to pull the error codes and replace my gas cap. I could have gone to Pepboys to get my "check engine" light for FREE and buy a fuel cap myself for less than $20.

Review: I used there service to have them check a used car I was going to buy. After it was done, the mechanic said they would send me a invoice asap. But I had to wait over 5 hours. Also, they said they would provide the CAR FAX report. I could not view it when they sent me the invoice and they said that the car fax dealer side is not working. I called car fax and they said it was working. I have emails saying they are down. Here is what I copy and pasted on what they are advertising:"We pull the cars CARFAX report and also check to see if the car was recalled at any point. The information that the CARFAX report details might be enough for you to make a decision on the vehicle. If the car has been recalled, be sure to ask for proof from the seller that such repairs were made. If they havent, or if the vehicle history report reveals something that the seller or dealer hasnt been open with you about, we suggest you proceed with caution."I ask in the email several time to speak with the supervisor or owner, but they don't respond to that and don't give me any of their namesDesired Settlement: I would like to purchase car fax on the consumer side and have this company reimburse me the cost.
