Review: I dropped my son's computer off at this shop to have virus and malware removed before thanksgiving. After thanksgiving they called to tell me it was completed and to pick it up. I asked the hours and the told me. I attempted to pick it up dozens of times within their hours. The store was NEVER OPEN. It didn't matter if I went morning afternoon or evening. I then asked my ex-husband to start stopping by as he lived closer and the shop is well out of my way. He also made calls. He left a note on the owners car. The owner eventually called him back and said to call his cell phone and he would meet him at the shop. However, after a call to meet, the owner did not show up at the store! Several more calls to his cell went unanswered. We left our address asking the computer be dropped off at the house. We do not feel this business will in good faith return this computer. It has been held for a MONTH. This is my sons computer that was purchased with Schools educational funds! It is unacceptable for him not to have access to this computer daily.Desired Settlement: The computer returned- delivered or shipped- to me at [redacted] OR to his father at [redacted] Coputer must be in EXCELLENT and complete working order - with no charge for removal of viruses and delivered by december 24th.If they have misplaced, mishandled, or broken the product, I would like full reimbursement of the product in the amount of 2,700.00 (which is the amount the school gave to us in order to purchase the computer for my son

[redacted] called and left message with the Revdex.com that the computer was repaired. The husband picked computer up on 12/6 with check #[redacted] in the amount of $148.29. He states he has the husband on tape picking it up.
Fair and very reasonable
Review: Company installed video surveillance system in for our building. System has not worked properly since installation. Contractor refuses to return phone calls or make any repairs.Desired Settlement: Make the necessary rapairs to the system. At that point I will agree to seek another company to maintain the system
