Attached I have included pages regarding mold form our website and the mold report given to the ***'s and realtor. As you can see we offer a free visual mold inspectionie VISUAL. The visual inspection was conducted with Mr*** and realtor present. Also a free moisture content inspection was performed with Mr*** and realtor present and I showed them where moisture existedAgain the test results were provided to both parties. The homeowner selling the ***'s their home were to perform the work themselves. The week of October 24th, 2016, Mrs*** contacted me to perform another test to prove the homeowner eliminated the mold and moisture damage prior to closing on the home that week. I told Mrs*** I was out of town and unable to perform this test prior to their scheduled closing date.We are an independently owned franchise. The Corporate office and call center are located in Van Nuys, California. All calls are sent directly to the call center to be distributed to franchises in their territories.I have provided the testing and the report with the mold results and hope this resolves the matter

Mrs*** was potentially buying the home in question. On October 11, I met the real estate agent at the property and Mrs***'s husband as wellThe price of the air quality test was set prior to the meeting. There is an additional charge for credit card processing.
Cash or check payment is cheaper. I did a moisture test for no charge with Mr*** and showed him all of the places with excessive moisture. You could visibly see and smell mold in the home. The ***'s did not want an estimate for repairs they just wanted an air quality test because the seller of the home was doing all of the repairs. We charged $for air samples and overnight to the lab for testing. Which is comparable to companies in the metro east. The cost of the test consists of cartridge fees (3) overnighting to lab expense, testing results for a full lab report and time and travel expenseThe air quality report was not only e-mailed to Mrs*** but the real estate agent as well on October 13, I will send you the report in a separate e-mail

I understand that yes you gave me an air quality report and a visual inspection. BUT this is not what the 911 restoration parent company said I would receive for my payment. The inspector is not keeping in step with the requirements of the parent company. I paid $330 for you to take 3 air samples and mail them to a air quality company. You spend no time preparing a report for me. You emailed exactly the report the testing company sent to you. It's shady. Also stating that the air samples would not be mailed in until my checked cleared. SHADY! What I received was not what was the perception that the parent company was telling me. Disappointment!

I am rejecting this response because: 911 restoration made it clear to me that I would receive both an air quality test and a mold inspection report. The latter was never received. I email Brian and he send me the air quality report three times. There is a disconnect between the company and the inspector. I did not get what the 911 restoration said I would get for what I paid for. There was never an inspection report. Inspection report is not an air quality test.
