I contacted Restoration and other companies for provide an estimate for mold remediationHank's estimate was extremely detailed and outline everything he would do and the associated costOverall cost was less than competitorsHank pointed out items that needed to be addressed that the other guys didn'tHe was genuinely concerned about doing the job right to solve the problem we were havingHe was able to get started very quicklyHe did run over on the completion timeline, but I would consider it reasonable; sometimes things come up that you just can't anticipateI would call Restoration again if needed

Positive EXPERIENCE, reacted very quickly to our broken pipe and flooded crawl space. Their team was respectful and professional. They didn't stop until the job was done right. Not only did they fix the pipe but they also fixed some duct work that needed repairing. Couldn't ask for more, so glad we made the right choice!!!!
