I went in to get a quote for some hardwood flooring. I was introduced to the owner by salesperson Lisa, and the owner assured me he'd take great care of us. Lisa came out to my house and measured, then sent me a quote. I asked her a couple of questions and she assured me the price was correct for the dimensions I needed. I went in to order, and she said the price would now be higher. I agreed and paid the quote in full. Lisa then informed me that the price would now be over $900 higher. I told her we had a contract and that she needed to deliver the goods at the paid-for price. She said all she could do was refund my money, which she did. I asked the owner for a refund of the difference that he quoted me over what I paid at another establishment. He refused and has been very belligerent both on the phone and in correspondence. I would highly recommend going elsewhere for flooring needs...
We had wood tile installed by Arizona Flooring Direct. They installed chipped tile that is uneven and has a heavy grout haze. We filed a complaint with the ROC, the ROC inspected the job and contacted the flooring company to fix the work. The flooring company will not even respond to the ROC. They have been very dishonest. We have since found out that other complaints have been filed against them with no response. Do your homework before you hire a company. I would not recommend them to anyone.
