I only became angry after I was told that I needed to go through the insurance company regarding my itemsThey were angry with me because I did not go with them for the fixing of my propertyI have good reason for that the quote they gave me I could not go with them because they were way more expensive and my insurance wouldn't provide as much as they wantedThey said they have pictures of my items before placing them in the container I would like to see the pictures for proof that they were already damaged like they said they were The items that I have listed were not damaged prior to them moving themThey did not protect my items at allWhen I asked them about the container and moving my stuff they responded and said "yes that is what we do." If I had know that they didn't move items I would have found a company that did that

container for storage while we preformed our work. Which is something we normally don’t do, but was done due to the time sensitive matter with her job? Once we were done with our remediation work she proceeded with another company to do the repairs. Which is fine but we are not aware of who removed the furniture. We spoke with the claimant that we would be glad to replace the sofa leg but that all the furniture was older and the damage was there prior to our visit. We feel the claimant was trying to take advantage of us and our willingness to help in their time of need. We are good people but we will not allow that. Services requested from 911 restorations were provided completely and perfectly. The claimant was rude and demanding and unreasonable thru the whole process yet we provided full services beyond what was in the scope of the job.
