Review: I am writing to complain about the 911 Security Group located at[redacted]. I discovered this agency online ([redacted]) while I was looking for CDL truck driving jobs. They were advertising on a truck driving site because they were offering help with obtaining your firearm license to become a armored car/truck guard to qualified applicants. I called the number posted and spoke with a lady named Agent [redacted]! She gave me a brief discription of their service and I was intrigued so we agreed to meet the following day 06-**-13 for a interview. I was told I would have to pay $350 for background checks to see if I qualified for a licensed firearm. I foolishly obliged and went thru with the process. Over the next four days I was sent to training courses to obtain my security license which included one day of classroom video studies at the 1st National Career Center in Manhattan New York. The next 3 Days consisted of a one day 8hr course and a 16hr course broken down into 2 days at CJL security services in Brooklyn Ny. My receipt states that's what my $350 covered. After that I was told I had to pay a additional $1000 for entry into the 47 hour firearm training program. I paid the $1000 and received nothing and was told I still owed a balance of $2149. Upon further research I finally realized I was being conned! Now i'm out $1350 and can't get seem to contact anyone for a full refund. I gave these people my hard earned money in good faith and was taken advantage of. All I want is my money back I have all of my receipts and paperwork. Review: To whom it may concern: I learned about this company "911 Security Group" thru [redacted] and got an interview with [redacted] he promised that upon my completion of the program that they would give me a job however this was a lie Friday August *,2013 they coerced me into paying $3,199 for a security armguard license. [redacted] coerced me to swipe my card without explaining the company policy or any cancelation feed after [redacted] did the transaction He send me to the front desk to completed my agreement to [redacted] whose said she is an FEDERAL AGENT she told me to sign the paper and that I could read it at home she didn’t want me to read my agreement in the office while I was talking to her I ask her for the license number which said that they are a creditable [redacted] refused to give me the information I was asking for so I decide to canceled everything right away [redacted] then told me that I would have a feed of $500.00 for cancelation and told me to came back to the 911 SECURITY GROUP INC on Monday August, ** 2013 because their company cannot do any cancelation on the same day when I got to the company on Monday August **,2013 [redacted] ask for my credit card to return back the amount of $3,199.00 dollars [redacted] make me think that he did return the money back which was a lie and also gave me a receipt for me to fill in said that the money would be in the credit card within 1HR, I call my credit card bank to found out if it was true and my bank told me the I need a cancelation number from 911 SECURITY GROUP INC which they didn’t gave me, I when back to the company to ask for the Cancelation number and someone in their Office call the police and when the police got to the office I explain to the police what happened they also was trying to get the cancelation number from [redacted] and they found out that he never did cancel my transaction [redacted] told the police that I have to returned back to the 911 SECURITY GROUP INC company within a month to return the amount of $2,699.00 . I did a Research on the company 911 SERCURITY GROUP and I found out that they are SCAMDesired Settlement: I want to get the my full money back and also make a complaint about these company which are stolen money from everyone. PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS COMPANY AND THIER PRACTICES ASAP because they are tricking people out of their hard earned cash!!!!
