website that they are a validated company per the U.S Department of Transportation, but upon checking, the Dept. of Transportation does not show them as being listed.In addition, we have now unpacked and checked the contents of their delivery.  We have found several boxes of our belongings missing and several boxes broken and the contents smashed!!  I would want to pursue a civil small claims suit but cannot get their names and valid addresses.  If you have that information, please send it to me as soon as practical.  Thank you.  [redacted]Sincerely,

Review: This moving company damaged 2 walls in the home I was moving from. They also ignored anything written on the moving boxes such as "Extremely Fragile" ,"Do Not stack", " This side up",etc. They stacked very heavy boxes on top of boxes with a lot less weight, crushing them, They even stacked and unloaded boxes totally upside down, breaking some of the item inside. Numerous items were broken such as my wall unit, my collectable plates, my china, and drinking glasses. When I contacted the company with my complaint my response was that I hadn't even paid the full bill(which I had) and when I have them another $ 235.00 they would discuss it further. I replied with proof that I had in fact paid the bill in full and even showed that I actually had paid an extra $80 to them because his billing figures were wrong. The replies I received from them were nothing short of hostile. This company had no interest in helping me, instead they kept throwing fictitious figures at me and excuses. They even tried to lie about what time they ended the job and got paid until I pointed out that the cameras at the shopping plaza where we were would show what time we were really there.Desired Settlement: They have done a few hundred dollars worth of damage to my things and I want to be reimbursed for it.

Review: I had set up a move with this company for 8/**/13 with [redacted].He called to confirm on 8/**/13.He also confirmed the date by e-mail,stating that they would be in Levittown ny @ 7am.My husband took the day off from work to be there.When no one showed up by 9:30,I called & spoke to a completely different person,who told me the move was schedueled for 8/**/13.When I explained to him that I had confirmatiom by [redacted] via e-mail & telephone,the mover told me to calm down.I never raised my voice,or cursed or was disrespectful.I was simply agrivated by the fact that suddenly [redacted] was no where to be found,&the fact that no one showed up. The man I was now speaking with([redacted])told me to find another mover & hung up on me.On the day of the move.I had communicated with [redacted] at least 11 times via e-mail & he called me at least 5 times, including the call on the 13th to confirm this move.Then on the day of the move,no one shows up & when I question it,I was told,"well we don't have a deposit"In all contacts with [redacted],never once did he ask for a deposit.I assumed I would pay them when they got here,since a deposit was never mentioned.Luckily I was able to book another mover for 8/**/13,however I think you should keep an eye on this company.Even though I didn't lose any money,my husband did take the day off & the aggrivation this caused is unacceptable to an honest consumer.Thank you [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like this company to pay my husbands salary for the day

Review: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

The guy who came by, Steve, cannot be trusted. Steve, who claims to be an owner, misled us on the charges. Steve understated the cost of the move, then, on the day of move raised the price 26%!! They broke many of the items, despite being properly boxed, lost items, and refused to accept responsibility. They have no valid letterhead that details their company name and address. They use multiple phone numbers to contact them, and the numbers then get disconnected. Then, we agreed to a move in date and they never showed up despite us confirming the date by email and phone. When we finally did get them to unload our property, they wanted to get paid cash BEFORE unloading the property. Then, we found many items broken and missing. The mistake we made was not checking this site first. Lesson learned, you must check moving companies thoroughly and if they ask for cash upfront, walk away. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.Desired Settlement: Return the overcharge and pay for the lost and broken items.

Review: we moved from ** to[redacted] and there are boxes missing and broken. They do not respond to telephone calls at all.Desired Settlement: Cash for the items broken and for the missing boxes...

Review: I hired this company for a household move from [redacted] in September 2015. He gave me a quote of $3400 based on the in person estimate. When he loaded the truck, he asked for $8500. He gave me the reason of this increase in price of being more stuff than I showed to him. I told him at the time of in person estimate that there will be more boxes as not everything is boxed up. I even disassembled all my furniture to save space in the truck. In fact he gave me a low estimate intentionally to get the business. After some arguments he agreed on $6000. When he took my stuff to the terminal, he demanded $500 more and used abusive language. He even told me that I will not get my stuff in CA if I don't pay him what he is asking for. He also demanded cash. This was a daylight robbery, I was stuck and had no choice other than to pay $6500. All the paperwork including bill of lading had no business name on it. When they delivered my stuff in CA, it had missing and damaged item(s). I documented this and got truck driver signatures. This guy (Patrick Sullivan) who claims to be the owner of this company never returned my call after he got the cash payment and the company claims department never contacted me about the complaints of missing/damaged items.Desired Settlement: Compensation for the missing and damaged item(s)
