This is my rebuttal to the response you sentIf in fact the dealership doesn't offer a day warranty when purchasing a used vehicle, they definitely misinformed meI was told from dealership verbally that my vehicle will be covered and any issues will be fixed, only within the first 30days, then afterwards I would have to purchase a extended warranty if any more issues occurred for dollars and there was several witnesses to this statement presentWhen I arrived to look at the vehicles on the lot the first thing I asked, if the [redacted] Ahad a warranty and how long?? "I told one of the salesperson Tom," and he kept telling me to wait until after my 30days was up and add a extended warrantyThis was before I even put tmy down payment Secondly, too add to my argument their vehicles come with mechanical problems prior to purchase and he doesn't let the customer test drive the vehicles eitherSo how can I address the issue if I'm not able to test the vehicle out prior to buying it?? He assured me that it was a good vehicle in working condition with no problems, but the fact that they kept pushing me to buy it quickly concerned me, this was the first red flagThis is the thing my brother purchased a [redacted] Aform Auto Mart also and they refused at first to let him test drive his car as well but my mother told them they weren't buying it unless they are able to try it out first The vehicle in which my brother [redacted] had, they also agreed to repair a minor problem too and they fixed it immediatelyThe bottom line is I was promised many things and didn't receive them and they do not own up to their agreements or even fix my car at allI waited over 5months when it actually takes a license mechanic only two weeks maximum to replace a engineDue to this unfortunate circumstance, I'm at a financial loss that caused financial hardshipI would like Auto Mart dealership to give me another vehicle for a generous price and some financial reimbursement from having to pay for rental cars, [redacted] and [redacted] rides, and if the insurance company is unwilling to, insurance fees tooThis can be resolved if I receive these thingsAlthough rental cars, car insurance, [redacted] and [redacted] exceed the 5,mark from January to Current, I will settle for $3,and another vehicle for a generous priceThank you, [redacted]

Hi ***,We purchase this vehicle from a dealer auctionWhen we receive our inventory, the vehicles undergo a thorough safety and mechanical inspection I personally drove the vehicle for over miles and it passed the safety inspection without any concernsWhen we sold the vehicle, there was no signs of any mechanical defect After the vehicle was sold, you informed us that the low engine oil light had appearedI asked you to bring it back to our dealership so our mechanic can inspect the vehicle He added oil, road tested it, and it was returned to you after the diagnostic was complete.Unfortunately, the same issue arose shortly thereafter Upon further examination and research, we discovered there was a recall established by *** AG stating rapid oil consumption due the the incorrect piston ring size that was included by the factory At this time, we removed the engine from the vehicle and sent the engine to a third party mechanic shop to overhaul the engine Unfortunately, this overhaul took weeks as it was a very sensitive and labor intensive job.By this time, you no longer wanted to wait the vehicle, understandably I spoke with my employer and immediately returned the full down payment at this time. Our vehicles are sold without any warranty, which was stated on the signed Buyer's Guide at the time of sale Auto Mart went above and beyond to help you remain in the vehicle and fix the underlying issue When I tried to get you financed for the same vehicle with Lobel Financial, they did not approve your loan due to an automotive charge off that appeared on your credit report from 2013-which was completely unrelated to this incident This contract did not show as a repossession, as I explained to the branch manager that the issue with the vehicle was not your fault I am extremely sorry about this experience, but I hope you understand we did the best we could to help remedy this situation Thank you
I am rejecting this response because: I'm rejecting this because, I feel and believe there is something that can be done the fact that I purchased a vehicle and on the same day less than three hours of driving it the engine check light comes on and I notified and came to the dealership with expressing my concerns numerous times and the dealership agreed to repair the vehicle which was never repaired and because I had no other means of transportation I was left with rides from family, friends, rental car expenses, *** fees and the non refundable insurance coverage on the vehicle 1/17-05/17, from getting to place to place and insuring the carI feel that aleast the company can give me some compensation for having me wait almost 6ms to find out after I was promised my vehicle, that I wouldn't be getting it repaired and returned to meI would like at least $2,from the above financial fees mentioned to be refunded
I am rejecting this response because: they have yet to resolve the issueWe spoke on the phone and *** gave his "word"that I would be refunded the money they took under pretensesThe issue will only be resolved once I have received the money they stole from me
