Hired them to take down trees and grind stumps. 2 stumps included in estimate were not done. No one will return our calls. Left 5 calls over 2 weeksOn 10/9/14 919-oaktree came out to take down some trees and grind some stumps. Trees were taken down and some stumps were grinded. Three stumps in the front that were part of the estimate were not done that day. They came back and did one but a car was in the way. They called my wife and said that the car needed to be moved and they would come back later that day to do the final two stumps. The car was moved and no one came back. My wife called 3 times and left voicemails twice and talked to a lady who said she would forward the message to them on the 3rd time. No response. I called and talked to the lady who picked up and told them what happened and she said she would also forward the message to [redacted]. Did not get a call back. I called again and left a voicemail message explaining clearly what happened and still did not get a response. Over two weeks and 5 calls and not one call back or response in any way. We paid them $650 with a check (made out directly to [redacted]) on 10/9/14 with the understanding that they were coming back to grind those 3 stumps. The check was cashed and cleared on 10/10/14. Desired SettlementI would like the two stumps in the front of my house grinded that we paid for. Nothing more, nothing less. Just to have them do the work that we paid for.
