922 Place takes advantage of renters, is misleading and deceitful.
My child shares a 4bedroom apartment at 922 Place; during the exchange of 1 roommate to another (which was immediate) the new roommate didn't have the electricity paperwork filled out to their satisfaction. Rather than notify them additional information (which was minor) was needed, they began racking up charges /assessment of $200/month to each of 4 roommates; they notified them after 3 months this was happening.
Mind you; all rent, bills paid on time in full; EVERY MONTH.
This management is poorly run, makes for a very bad business and is certainly deserving/fitting of the very poor ratings on[redacted].
