Review: Hello,
On July [redacted] I arrived at the garage at 12:35pm to claim my car. The 24hour deadline was 12:40pm. There was no one waiting and I promptly provided my claim stub and [redacted] coupon (One 24-hour parking day pass) to the attendant. The [redacted] coupon was accepted the previous three days without issue. The attendant was attending to the computer, but it seemed that he was not processing my request at that immediate time. About 7 minutes later he motioned me to come in and look at the statement made by the computer that stated the coupon was not valid, this most likely being caused by the entry being made after the 24-hour deadline. The attendant agreed but was unable to override the system. He told us to come back the next day to talk to the manager and that we will need to pay for the day plus the up to one hour rate (Total $75.00 USD). We talked to the manager who told us to contact you.
Updates SEPT * 2013: We received confirmation from [redacted] that all coupons have been claimed. Your claiming of the coupon validates that you are accepting the terms of alternate payment for the parking for the day in question and are to provide a refund. -- All communications have not been returned. The customer service offered is severely lacking.
I hope this matter will be resolved amicably and promptly. Thank you.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by 95 Worth LLC regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
They claimed the [redacted] voucher but refuse to refund the extra payment for the day in question. There is practically no customer service and there is no response to any inquiries sent, by phone or email. This business is entirely unprofessional and should be avoided at all costs.
