I have been out ill and not able to answer this complaint until today We ran a sale that was a big success that impacted our production schedule In addition we had productions equipment that had problems off and on for two months resulting in a further delay In addition, we rejected two loads of lumber that was bad and had to wait for replacement We did send to this client a refund agreement for his review and dsignature to make a refund per terms of our initial paperwork and refund agreement and he has failed to return Upon receipt of signed refund agreement, we will make refund per terms of the refund agreementThanks

Number 1, we had an overwhelming response to our sale we ran and put us behind due to larger than expected sales volume. We also were running behind with our production due to two cnc machines being down for almost two months; we also had two loads of bad lumber delivered for this order that
was rejected and had to be replaced. We are sending this client the refund agreement January 30, and once signed copy is received, we will issue refund per terms of original agreement paperwork and refund agreement

We agreed to a refund but when time came for refund, 4/16/2016, our company was changing banks and our new line of credit was not set up at that time and informed customer.  However agreed refund was mailed 5/6/2016 and everything has been resolved.
