I experience on November 1, 2020, that the store was very messy and hard to shop in due to management not holding herself are associate not countable of put the boxes and merchandize out of the isles. I personally had to move boxes for myself and assist a elder women who stated she had cancer and that she was not capable of moving boxes out of the isles, which we were not getting paid! The management team heard the elder women complaining and the just continue to talk to each other, before I step in to help her exit the isle, plus their was so many boxes and overflow merchandise that customers had to eight back out of the isle to allow others to pass. I would like to see better training and customer service for the management team or the person who you only see doing revamping and restocking the store.

Per phone call from [redacted] at company, he states the windows were finished on 11/11/He made a call to the customer on 11/12, but has not heard from her further about the windows his company installed

 After I contacted Revdex.com, [redacted] phoned me saying he could find only 5 panes there. 9 were needed ([redacted] onsite on). Error in ordering or making delayed till 11/11/14. Verify snow and freezing began next day 11/12/14. My paint contractor cannot check seal glass and touch up paint adjoining wood of replacement sites till temps above 55 degrees. Cannot release warranty claim til weather above 55 degrees.
