Review: I got a flat tire over the weekend And since my rim was damaged And the brand new tires I decided to go with an aftermarket set of rims that founded 99 Express wheels And buy them In the process of buying them The gentleman ** At 99 Express wheels Convince me to drive down to the shop with a spare tire That he aired up for me and then went home Put on the spare tire and brought it to a shop He without writing any paperwork or given me any explanation of what he wanted to do proceeded to take off my tire To wear his guy use the high speed air gun And he cross threaded My passenger front lug nuts when coming off Remind you I just had them off perfectly fine With a hand driven 4 Way When I noticed what he had done ..I confronted him about it in a professional manner he looked at me and said what you think that's my fault.. I'm not f..ing fixing it..As a normal person taking back would I proceeded to ask him why he wouldn't fix something that he just broke clearly just broke right in front of me I mean you could see this Speed gun with that long extension and socket on there you could see how wobbly it was when he went to put the things back on and that's another thing I explained He got an attitude And he again use the high speed gun to put my lug nuts back on And the one specifically Won't tighten or loosen so it stuck on my car I can't even get my rim off...So now I have three good lug nuts holding My five lug rim and tire on My 1990 300 ZX twin turbo The more and more I got frustrated with him And started questioning him He told me to get my car out of the shop So I took pictures Of the car in the shop Without any paperwork without any explanation of what he's doing And the damage that he did to my car He left me driving out of there on 3 out of 5 lug nuts When I came in with five perfectly good ones That's a huge safety concern And liability I would thinkDesired Settlement: I feel that it's only right that he make the necessary repairs to my car That he clearly did right in front of me And my friend that was there He is my witnessI can't believe thatThey are still in business

Mr[redacted],came to my business on January 30 of 2016 ,asking for some after market wheels for his 1990 Nisaan 300 zx. He was very nice ,polite and very cool guy.He chose some rims that he liked and I gave him a price quote.He said he wanted to buy only two wheels because he couldn't afford all four at once,which was fine with me.Mr[redacted] liked the price that I gave for the two wheels so I told him to bring me the vehicle so I can test fit the wheel before I sell.Mr[redacted] told me how his car cant move and that he only has a flat spare.So I usman ali AKA [redacted] wanted to help out Mr [redacted] and told him I will fix his spare for free so he can run home put it on and bring me the vehicle AND HE AGREED.once he and his buddy bought me the vehicle and parked it in MY GARAGE.He stood next to me while I jacked up his passenger front wheel.THERE IS NO PAPER WORK REQUIRED IN OUR SHOPS POLICY TO TEST FIT A WHEEL.MR[redacted] BOUGHT ME THE VEHICLE ,PARKED IT IN MY GARAGE ,STOOD WHILE I JACKED UP HIS PASSENGER WHEEL.AND HE DID NOT STOP ME AT ALL.THAT IS BECAUSE MR,[redacted] AND ME HAD A VERBAL AGREEMENT NOT A WRITTEN AGREEMENT TO WORK ON HIS CAR.AND I WOULD LIKE TO NOTE THAT US AT 99 EXPRESS WHEELS HAVE VERBAL AGREEMENTS WITH CUSTOMERS BEFORE WORKING ON THIER VEHICLES.AT THE END A CUSTOMER MAY ASK FOR A RECIEPT IF THEY LIKE.........so I continued to jack up his car like usual and when I tried to remove the lug nuts 3 came off easy but 2 were stuck on there real good.I used me bar to try safely to remove them but they weren't moving at ALL.Mr[redacted] is still standing next to me so I told him "i cant get them off,if you want I can try harder but they might break because who ever tightened them AT HOME tightened them cross threaded ".....Mr[redacted] stated accuse me and my employees that we cross threaded them.and I calmly told him we weren't the ones that tightened them in the first place.My [redacted] continued to say that they were fine when he put them on at home and accused me for cross threading them.we use the same air gun and bar for all our customers for the past 3 years.the rule is who ever tightens the lugs is at fault not the person trying to open them (any tire shop can agree with me)......so Mr[redacted] started yelling at me saying "im gonna complain to the Revdex.com, gave me hell of bad words (your working bh,fk you.etc)at one point he even opened his arms to fight.( all this is shown is video camera recording available if needed)saying "i can close down this small business I worked at [redacted] tire a big company"Me fearing for myself and my employees who are at the age of old and weak told Mr[redacted] im going to tighten the 3 lugs that I opened and I want you to leave my business immediately Mr,[redacted] before leaving said "if Revdex.com doesn't resolve this problem I will come take care of it myself" threatening my business. on Monday I went down to the police station and filed a complaint/case against Mr[redacted] which is available if need. officer: [redacted]- Oroville police department case #:[redacted] date:2/1/2016 we have been in business for 3 years here with never having a problem with anyone.if we ever do stumble upon a customer not liking something we resolve the problem at the spot making sure we make the customer happy and satisfied,and our reputation proves it in Oroville.Mr[redacted] is blaming us for stripped lug nuts which we DID NOT tight in the first place.He Threatened me and my business.And I would want Mr[redacted] to stay away from business in the future.(first time saying this to a customer) fearing for myself.Mr[redacted] is bullying 99 express wheels because we are a small business and not big as [redacted] or [redacted].so hes trying to take a advantage of us so that he can get wheels for free or a major discount. please let me know if anything is needed to resolve this dispute.thanks - [redacted].

I am rejecting this response because: if I had stripped my own thread it would have had to have happened In the process of putting them on Which would mean that all of my threads Would be messed up And as you can see from the picture they are not It was when his gun Air ratchet began to wobble at the very end Is when I believe it happened..Junior told me that the tire business runs in his blood and then every one of his family members own tire shops and their used to it.So Essentially what he's saying is he's used to Fabricating a believable story so that he don't have to make repairs And for the record my friend [redacted] went in there And is so dissatisfied will never come back there He bought a brand new set of rims and with the same gun and the same wobbly bit His rims are scratched up Because when they put on the brand new rims they use that Universal socket that they used on my rim And scraped his all up I'm just the first one that's going to follow through and The repair For the two starts and lug nuts and labor is only $90 I'm going to go ahead and replace my own At a shop But want to make sure that people like this Are not allowed to run a business like thatactually complain
