This client [redacted] Reviews WebID# [redacted] , had a complete website built for our design $fee that is subject to our web hosting since its set up on our platform The site was finished in June 2014, and it was hosted and live online, the account is closed due to past due hosting The non hosting fee is posted on our site, any site that is going to be recoded for universal hosting is $extra as our team needs to recode all files, in this case the files need to be delivered to the client A confusion is likely to happen from the client perspective and we apologize for that, in order to serve the client we will accept the $payment instead of $for the recoding Customer must use the link http://99bucksbilling.com to submit non refundable payment of $(discounted from $200) in order to have our team recode and deliver all files for the website, this will deliver full ownership of the files and code and the site will be able to work with any hosting account from a different company Please note that we do not support websites hosted with other companies, so the files will be the same as the site that was live and any further development will need to be done by a different developer, the site is html so it should be easy for any developer to take over if more pages or more functionality needs to be added Please note that we do not accept phone payments and the online payment will record customer IP in order to document authorization to process online. We take great pride on our rock bottom web design prices and we apologize for any confusion, we believe our website is clear of the hosted and non hosted options given to our clients.Sincerely,99buckswebdesign.com

Review: last year I contracted with 99bucks web design to design my website [redacted]. My web site was never finished and I dropped the project. I recently recontacted the company to restart my website and spoke with [redacted], who told me that I needed to pay $89.00 for the past due or pay $99.00 and I could transfer the site to another carrier. today when I called, he requested $ 200.00 to transfer the site to another carrier. I was very upset as he changed his words an contract. I had already paid for the website and the content is mine. so why do I need to pay to transfer it to another carrier?their advertisement is misleading as it let you beleive that one can have a website for $99.00, but surpprise! you have to actually pay $ 300.00 to have a website. Is that good business practice?Desired Settlement: recover my website
