Below is our response to customer complaint from [redacted]. If you would like to see the original online listing, I am more than happy to share it with you. “The headboard purchased was originally listed online under a different company name for our lower-end items and that’s how you found...

our company. The online listing referred to the piece in “Good vintage condition. Minor scratches along the darker wood, can be buffed out or colored with a furniture marker.”If you do recall, we held the piece at no charge for nearly five weeks. We spoke a few days before the agreed upon pickup date of March 7th, to confirm the date and when we gave you the pickup address to our workshop, not our billing address downtown — which is where your reference of the “phantom shop” comes from. During the phone call when we agreed upon the pickup date, you suggested sometime after lunch on March 7th, though a time was never set and we both agreed on you contacting us the morning of to give us an estimated time of arrival. We called around 10am March 7th, with no answer and left a voicemail. You contacted us as you were arriving hours later from a different number. As we have stated in our store policies, we accept no returns, exchanges, or refunds — though are making an exception.
