In we had a home inspection done for bed bugsAfter going thru all the options we where advised that fumigation would be our best choice as it was 100% guaranteedIn July we discovered we still had bugs even though they claimed they hadn't seen any during their day follow upAt the time we could not afford to pay for the monthly treatment or do another fumigationWe went ahead and paid for another fumigation in march of after being reassured Once again that it was indeed 100,% guaranteed and we wouldn't have to deal with this problem againWe asked our tech multiple times what type of cleaning we should do prior to the fumigation and both times where told to only take our curtains down and bag up pantry foodsIt is now may and we are again dealing with bed bugs

I have a mice problemSince they came, more mouse have come and the product they put down isn't workingI called to complainNo returned call
I paid the company over $to discover where the mice were coming from and properly treat the home to kill themSince they came out, more mice have come and they are eating the bait, but not dyingThe bait they're using isn't workingAdditionally, I've requested a folland they have been no-show once, and super late, to the point I was no longer available and had leftI've called twice and left messages for the owner or manager to call me regarding my complaintI told the service men when they came , I wanted monthly serviceTo date, no one has even called to schedule my follappointment, and my complaints about more mice being spotted has gone disregardedAdditionally, I was referred to the company by the company I work for, and they too, are seeing more mice, instead of less mice upon the company treating for pestI wo

I had a squirrel problem they set traps charged me $350 and caught nothing and I still have a squirrel problem they came back out and told me maybe I have rats. Bottom line DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!
