Jim didn't know us, nor was he the initial installer for an air conditioning unit, but he got us out of a tight spot and was a pleasure to work with He has integrity, he charged us a very fair price and got the job done so fast I was thrilledHe then went the extra mile with the manufacture over our warranty and when he said he'd call backhe did so promptly, every timeI'd recommend him to anyone; the experience we had working with Jim at Awas positive at every turn
