Review: I had an AC unit installed. I request two vents and only got one the room without vent is hot. After installed the roof leaked during a rain storm. It tooks weeks to get someone out to repair it. After the repair it rained again and the leak on the roof was worse it destroyed alot of items. The redwood supports on roof are the wrong way. there are not enought screws in jack on roof that supports unit. incorrect box at junction. It has taken weeks to get anyone to fix the reparis the first time. Infact I sat at home several times waiting for them and they never came by to fix damage. The second time they came out it took a very long time. I do not know if the leak has been repaired. This has caused stress and alot of tears.This is no way to operate a business.Desired Settlement: I Want everthing reparied correctly and in a timely manner. I want to be treated with respect and have all my requested completed within 48 hrs.

A-1 Air Conditioning has illegally demanded payment for attempting to service an AC unit that was covered under a 10 yr warranty. A-1 Air Conditioning installed a faulty unit in my new house 2005. A-1 Air Conditioning made multiple attempts to fix my AC unit in 2007, 2008, and 2009 but failed to fix the problem each time they came out. It wasn't until I called a different air conditioning company in 2010 that the problem was finally resolved and covered under the warranty.
