A-1 Air Conditioning

Since the complaint filled on 5/26/A-Air Conditioning has handled all the concerns with [redacted] We have fixed the roof leaks and sealed part of the roof that was not part of the penetrations There was a small crack that went from East to West on the roof We also changed the direction of the redwoods to go across the trusses as well as changed out the electrical junction box with a weather proof box.As far as a second register in a room The owner was notified about keeping the door open or the window open The door it is an exterior door that also has a window in it, that is being used as an interior door We have the proper air flow in the room.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter if you have any further questions or concerns please feel free to contact us.Sincerely, [redacted] ***
