*** at time of sale and delivery of the vehicleExplained(at time of delivery and subsequent phone call on 24th December) that based on credit approval for ***, she came in as a Tier Invited Mr*** and his mother to come in so that we could review the contract and it's information againI made this offer separate times and was denied by Mr*** I also explained again in detail that the contract also contained for a check back to customer to payoff his old car *** also purchased an extended warranty and wheel and tire protection I again offered to meet with both parties and Mr*** hung up on me We will be more than happy to meet with the customer and review all information again and/or provide you with information with any supporting document. What they are saying is a complete lie, they called us only one time and asked us to come in so they can explain the nonsense charges of $per monthThey weren't willing to lower the monthly payment, and just said that this payment will remain the sameOnce again, they are complete ripoffs, I don’t understand how can a person with Tier credit gets approved for a $38,loan and not lesser amount for example $17,000? just a reminder, this car is only worth $28,and the total lease payments comes out to over $38,000 in year lease, how is this possible? Monthly payment for this vehicle shouldn’t be more then $a month and not $739. Please help us solve this problemWhatever they did is very wrong

Tell us wIn response to Revdex.com Complaint # [redacted] against Reydel VW, the following information is provided for your review in an effort to close this case.  As stated in the original response to the complaint by [redacted], due to credit issues, [redacted] did qualify for a lease at Tier 5 and not Tier 1.  The difference in payment without the Extended Warranty, Wheel and Tire Protection and her Payoff of 3400.00 on the BMW would have been 556.40 based on Tier 5 approval through VW Credit, compared to 444.35 based on Tier 1 which [redacted] did not qualify for in this case.  This scenario is provided to explain the difference in payment between the different Tiers.  Once the Payoff, Extended Warranty and Wheel and Tire protection are included in the payment, the lease payment changes to 729.57 in which case [redacted] and her son agreed upon the day they took delivery of their new vehicle.  VW Credit will approve customers for the the entire amount whether its a lease or a financed purchase, but the tier system may vary based on severity of credit.  The customer should understand that they added 8098.00 to the vehicle cost for the three items that they incorporated into the lease.  As per the additional statements made by [redacted] and her son, the return of the vehicle is not an option. Best regards, John G[redacted], GSMReydel VWhy here...
