I did not have to call Trey one time to get an update on things, he always called, sent emails and texts to let me know what the next step in the home buying process was. When making big purchases customer service is what matters the most, Trey was a pleasure to work with and treated my family and myself with a great level of respect.

My home warrantee company gave me this service provider and had me call to set an appontment. They told me between 3 and 4 that afternoon and they would call before coming. They called very soon (way early) which normally would have been OK but I had to arrange for my kids to be there and told them OK for the earlier time. I got a phone call from my kids saying they had to go pick up a key and would be delayed. I called and told them and they said they had already been waiting and couldn't wait any longer. I arranged to reschedule. When I got a call from their office, I was told because they had to wait they were going to charge and "extra" service call charge. I explained the situation and asked that they reconsider.They said I had to deal with them and that no other company would be authorized by my warrantee until I payed the extra charge. When I agreed (under duress)they sent a guy out again who explained after a very short time that the problem was a leak and he could "detect" it but it would cost me 150 dollars. They told me this was a "standard" charge I would find this anywhere. I agreed and after a very short time, I was told the leak was at the compressor and they would give me an estimate. I had my doubts and called a second and third company who agreed to an inexpensive "second opinion" and both diagnosed the leak without a "special" charge. When I asked why I would have gotten charged for something they both did for free, they explained that all they had to do was use a special "detector" which took less than 10 minutes. There were other tests that could be done with Nitrogen or dye but this was simple and definitive in this case. They said contrary to the A 1 repair guy that the "detection" charge was definitely not standard and neither was the additional "fee" for waiting.
