Company has the machine, Manager wont contact or talk to me, payments keep coming out of my account
I returned the machine to the company office and they keep taking the money out of my account. Everytime I try to contact the manager his assistant claims he is never in the office but when I get someone to call for me they are able to speak to him. When I mentioned to his assistant the money keeps coming out of my account she says he said that its for the filter I used but the machine did not work properly.
For them to stop taking payments out of my account and messing up my credit
purchased a vacuum and air cleaner on August 4 /2017. When the first payment was coming due which was Sept 25 she kept calling and asking to return the vacuum as she couldn't make the payment. We took the vacuum off the contract and just kept the air cleaner on the contract. As the payments were not kept up the company was forced to repossess the equipment. This was done after much collection attempts on the account. The air cleaner has filters which she has used so we are therefore trying to collect the cost of the filters so that we may resell this equipment as a repossessed unit. She even sent her mother in here and I explained the situation to her as well. She has used this air filter and it's her responsibility to pay for it. I also have never not take anyone's call; I've been around for 38 years and my door is open and I answer my phone everyday.
