Review: I had a tree on my premises to be removed and called A1 Tree All Counties Tree Service after researching with Revdex.com seeing the company being accredited. [redacted] their estimator provided an estimate for Removal,Stumpgrinding and take away all wood/debris. The tree was removed on 5/**/2013 and the wood was removed to the front lawn.I paid in cash to [redacted] $1250 and was told they would be back the next day to remove the wood. It is now 3 weeks and the wood is still sitting on the front lawn. The lawn cannot be cut in that area the wood is on top of 2 zones of the the sprinkler. First I was told they had an accident with the truck. Then I called and this time I was told they did not know when the wood would be taken away. If I had paid by check I would not have had this problem...I find this to be very unprofessional as the neighbors are asking why !!! it is still sitting there. Also my lawn is messed up as that area cannot be maintained. I have receipts and estimate as proof of payment. This is such an eye sore. The owners of this company need to take some action. How long is this going to take. I will have to fix my lawn which was fine..... Please intervene.Desired Settlement: Need the wood debris to be removed completely from the property and any damage paid for as the company has ruined my lawn. Three weeks that area cannot be maintained.

Review: I hired A-1 All Counties Tree Service to take down a small tree & grind the stump at the curb. The day I was told the tree would be taken down 3 men showed up & cut the tree down & left it on my front lawn & asked for payment in full. They said another truck was coming to pick up the tree & grind the stump. About an hour went by & I called [redacted] the person I had originally met with & he said they would be there soon. Later that day a truck pulled up & the tree was removed but not the stump. More time transpired & I called [redacted] & he said they would be coming tomorrow to grind the stump. I was annoyed since I wasn't going to be home. In the process of taking the stump out they ground down the concrete curb! I called [redacted] & he referred me to [redacted], his associate. He was supposed to come early the next morning to take a look at the damage & never showed or called. My husband has called numerous times to no avail. The last voicemail my husband left was that we would be filing a complaint with Revdex.com & still no call!Desired Settlement: Since we will have to hire a mason to repair the damage we would like A-1 All Counties Tree Service to pay for the repair.
