In home care person was asleep on the job and had to be awakened four times. Second care person left job early. Failure to return deposit after 10 business days agreed upon terms.

I am responding to a file I received concerning a [redacted]. First of all, I see no notice of release of information from [redacted], the patient. So, I don't think that [redacted]'s information should be discussed with anyone.

This account was sent to CBU, the collection agency. As you can see, from the material you sent me, CBU took over this account. You can see by the judgement award that the Plaintiff is CBU Collections. When an account goes to second stage collection, CBU takes over ownership of that account. So, A-l Ambulance Inc. has no say in this account.

I do find it a little odd that A-l's bills are put in with Community Health Center's. We have nothing to do with Community Health Center.

Please understand that A-l Ambulance has nothing to do with [redacted]'s accounts. That battle is with CBU and [redacted], if in face she is a legal representative.
