A-1 American Transmission & Automotive

I brought my car to A1 American TransmissIon & Automotive on [redacted] to fix a simple problem. Which was a code was popping up, check engine light was on, and my car was shaking a little bit. After paying them a $499 for fans, antifreeze, insulators, and $250 for a water pump (on [redacted] because my car was not right after they fixed it the first time). I tried letting them fix the issue three times, and til this day it is not fixed! They refund me only $450 but they took their fans and water pump off my car and only gave me my original water pump back (by placing it on my floor inside my car). The agreement was I will be refund $450 after they place my old water pump back on my car and put my old fans back on my car. They did not keep their word! After refunding $450 on my card (which til this day [redacted] my money is not refund back on my card). They pushed my car on the curb. [redacted] the [redacted] was rude because after telling him about the fans he did not listen and he snatched the new fans that I was returning (new fans) out my hands because I told him I need some kind of fans or they need to accommodate me by refunding me more money, he said it's not his problem and he is only refunding me $450.After having my car towed to another mechanic shop, I was told that I need a new engine because of the bad work they did to my car. I am so upset because I feel A1 American Transmission & Automotive took advantage of me and was playing the guessing game with my car and made it be in worst condition.
