In [redacted] I contracted with A-1 Locators to find me an apartment.There was a certain amount of gratuity attached after I accepted the apartment, moved in and sent the information to my locator [redacted]. I have been in my apartment since [redacted] and have waited to be compensated to no avail. He has said to wait but I do think that after 2 months something should have happened. I feel this is poor customer service and I want the company to know I will never use them again.
