customer was told there would be a diagnostic fee when he left the vehicle for us to check thats the paper he signed giving me permission to check it I called customer and explained what he needed for repairs he said he couldnt afford the repairs needed he would just pick up the vehicle when he arrived we talked about the issues the car was having and he became very angry and demanded paperwork I ask him to calm down and talk sensible and he did not so I ask him to leave and he said he would call and have them make me give him paperwork , again I ask him to leave and he did not so I called to assist

I am rejecting this response because:"THE ONLY PAPER WORK HE SIGNED WAS THE PAPER I TAKE THEIR NAME , PHONE NUMBER AND WHAT THEY WANT ME TO CHECK." That's the paper work I am talking about. I told them the same thing every time I signed, and it was always something simple. All of a sudden there is $600 worth of repairs. All I need is a copy of it.
