I called this company because a year ago I bought a used dryer from them and it's broke. I wanted to see about repair options and if they order parts. The woman who answered the phone was rude and unprofessional. She told me the prices of repair and when I mentioned just ordering the part she replied "that's stupid because you don't know how to repair it so you would be stupid to do that". Then as I was trying to ask about when repairs could be done she kept cutting me off, trying to give me a telephone number I don't even know what for and when I asked her to wait a minute so I could get a pen and paper she gave me 10 seconds. After the 10 seconds she told me she couldn't wait any longer because she had other customers coming in. I repeated the number and she rudely told me I was wrong, gave me the number again and hung up on me!! So I called back shortly and asked to speak to a manager. She asked if I was the girl she just spoke to and I said yes. She replied she was the manager, when I asked for the owner she said she was the owner. So I told her that her customer service was appalling and I would never dream of treating customers the way she treated me she replied "how did I treat you?"!! I told her what was said, she disagreed and kept talking over me to tell me she was just going to be quiet and listen in a sarcastic manner. When I told her about waiting for a pen and paper she started yelling into the phone that she had had other customers, what was she supposed to do, and then she was going to stop listening to me and hang up the phone. When I told her I was going to the Revdex.com about her customer service skills she hung up on me. I would never dream of treating any customer in my four years as a saleswoman, before I became a nurse, the way she treated me today. It is unnecessary, unprofessional and unacceptable.
