We had a pinhole leak in a ceiling water pipe last Sunday afternoonI called ESN Restoration randomly off an internet advertisement They sent out Mike Logsdon from Master PlumbingMike identified himself as the field supervisor and instantly put us at ease with his forthright professionalism, knowledge and skillfulness in finding the problem (within millimeters on a square inch test hole!)He explained what he was doing every step of the way, and obviously took great pride in his craftHe was personable, friendly and gave us his honest opinion of what we did/didn't need to finish the repair My husband and I felt lucky and blessed to have had a random call for help turn out so well and not at an exorbitant price, either! We absolutely plan to ask this company back for some future (this time, planned) projects! Thanks again, Mike!!
