A-1 Atlantis Spa & Pool World

Paid Buckeye Spa and Pool to replace liner and plumbing in our pool. Pool leaked from the time it was installed. We called multiple times to get them to make it right. Pool was leaking first at main drain. She hooked new plumbing to 20 year old plumbing and didn't replace it like she was supposed to. Once it was high enough to reach skimmer and jet, it was then leaking from there. Believe they sent one of their workers out to cut liner. They said cut was in seam and it would be replaced ASAP and ordered rush. They never called or returned after that. Have tried repeatedly to make contact. They have not responded. Got a lawyer and sent multiple letters to demand refund of money. Still no response. Most recent letter sent certified was refused. This company lied and did not do what they were hired to do. Then became impossible to deal with. At this point I do not even want them back on our property. They should not be trusted or hired by anyone. Found out too late that they have an F with the Revdex.com. Looks like they have changed their name multiple times. Also, owner has a sick child that she uses for an excuse. Feel very badly for them about that, but have seen she has had her other employees install other pools since leaving us high and dry, so that is not an excuse. 2012 has been the hottest, driest summer of all the years we have lived in our home and we did not get one swimming day the whole summer. They should be shut down for the horrible work they do and the dishonest business they are running. We are out over $1300 in costs, thank goodness we were not dumb enough to pay her the second half before pool was operational, or we would be out much more!
