Waist of time. Told me that they would pat 88% of spot. In reality, it was more like 70%. Brought my scales and calculator with me and did my own figuring. They don't want this kind of customer. They are praying on people that are desporite and will take about anything for their gold. The woman in their Castleton store says she's been in the business since 1979. Well, she's been stealing from people for 37 years or better. I would avoid them and find another buyer that will work on a 12-15% margin which is more fair to the sellor! And, a crappy additude. She didn't thank me for coming in when I headed for the door. Good luck!!!

I was sold a faulty washer which leaked and discolored $800.00 worth of clothing. Did not refund full amount paid for washer. Did not repair as stated by owner.
