My car was hit from behind by another car and the rear bumper on the right side was damaged. I had the rear bumper fixed in A1 Auto Body Company, Chelmsford, MA from Sept. 27 to Oct. 19, 2011. The damaged rear bumper was replaced. A couple of months later my car was hit again behind and the rear bumper on the left side was damaged and was sent to another body shop, [redacted] Westford, MA, where they found that after removing the rear bumper, the previous damage on the right side was not fixed and the broken piece was still in the place.

A1 Auto Body Company had told me at the time that there was a lot of damage inside and they needed to wait for insurance inspector to confirm it before they could start the job, and that was also the reason for them to take so long to replace the bumper. Obviously they did not fix anything inside the bumper!
