Review: A-1 Autoglass refuse to reimburse for repairs of their faulty work. I had my windshield replaced on my [redacted] Outlook by A-1 Autoglass last year. After the first rain, I had a puddle of water in the front passenger side floor of the car that leaked inside of from the windshield. I called A-1 Autoglass, they asked me to bring the car in, said it might be a drain issue with the sunroof. After inspection, A-1 Autoglass determined that the leak was from the windshield and said they sealed the windshield and I should have no further leaks. There has been a drought, so when it rained recently (November), water began dripping into my car from overhead area by the rearview mirror. I assumed that maybe this time it was the drain as the windshield had been resealed and the leak was from a different area. I took my vehicle to [redacted] to be inspected for the leak as well as some other issues. According to [redacted], drains were checked, there was no blockage and the leak was coming from the top of the windshield, the service guy stated, "The windshield was not properly sealed." At that time I informed the [redacted] service person that I had my windshield replaced, he again stated that it was not properly sealed. The cost for diagnosis and repair was $175. Today, 11/25/15, I called A-1 Autoglass informed them of the leak as well as how I had already brought my vehicle due to a previous leak and that it was repaired by [redacted] and I was seeking reimbursement. A-1 Autoglass became argumentative, stating, "[redacted] does not know what they are talking about and want to blame someone. I informed him that I did not tell [redacted] of the windshield replacement until after I was made aware of the problem. He then asked how much was the repairs, I informed him $175. A-1 Autoglass then stated, "Well, there's nothing I can do, you should have given me ANOTHER chance to fix the leak." I replied I have already given you the chance to repair the first leak and it resulted in a second leak.Desired Settlement: I want reimbursement for the repairs ($175) I had to pay due to their faulty work. I never even ask for cleaning are damages from the leaks. I just want my reimbursement of $175.
