Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 10, 2016/05/25) */ Hi, I would not accecpt this complant due to the following reasonThe customer did not paid for this jobWhen I do the security job such as programming key, I have to follow with federal law and state law, and car manufaction requirementSometime the dealer website is down due to maintiance and I cannot get pin code, key code, and programming software until the website is up and runningI have explance this to the customer and is out of my controlThe custoster had to have patienceAnd beside I have a sign in the the office stating I have the right to refuse service to anyoneThe state of California have that law in place to refuse service to anyone
The Customer received the Buick in perfect runningcondition on September 20, 2016.As far as I know they have been driving the vehicle sincethat dayI fixed all the issues without charging them apennyThe original diagnosis was fixed and then anotherissue had occurred that I took responsibility for
andrepaired with money out of my pocket and not theirsIbelieve I held up my end of the repairs even though it didtake a couple extra weeks I still made sure they weresatisfied with the repairs.I have not heard from the customers at all about anythingbeing wrong with the repairs

I have explance this to the customer and is out of my control. The custoster had to have patience. And beside I have a sign in the the office stating I have the right to refuse service to anyone. The state of California have that law in place to refuse service to anyone.
