A 1 Auto Sales

I [redacted] am buying a car from A1 Auto Sales. [redacted] the owner is the man I make my payments to. He had me come in on 8/10/2012 to pick up the title on the car, I went in on Friday 8/10/2012. [redacted] said there was a lean on the car that he did not see befor. He called someone I dont know who or where he called but he was on the phone where I heard him say "I have a car I need to know if the lean was taken off, can you check it for me?" Then [redacted] said "thank you I will be in on monday 8/13/2012 to have it stamped." I did not know what he ment by that. [redacted] turend to look at me. "said there is nothing I can do till monday." I then said the 30 day tags are going to run out on monday 8/13/2012. What should I do. [redacted] said "I will same day it to you by mail." I said alright I dont want to get in truble for driving on suspended tags. [redacted] said you will have them in your hand on 8/13/2012 I promis. On 8/13/2012 around 3:00pm I called [redacted] told him I did not have the title. [redacted] said I sent it out if you dont get it buy tomorow I have a tracking number call me an I will find out wher it is. On 8/14/2012 still no title It is now a big story and today is 8/23/2012 I have called and now they wont answer my phone calls and I still have no title so I can get my Tags
