A-1 Auto Salvage

. I was sold this engine by [redacted] and [redacted] on [redacted] under a 30 day Warranty and had it installed in my car by [redacted]l located on [redacted] ###-###-#### the engine took a week to be put in by [redacted] and come to find out the engine was bad. I immediately contacted the A1 Auto on [redacted] the same exact day the engine was put in and completed. The mechanic name at [redacted] name was [redacted] which doesnt work there anymore as of [redacted], but still keeps in contact with me weekly to check on my car. On [redacted] speaking to [redacted] he assured me that he would follow us from his shop A1 to [redacted] to go listen to and check out the engine. On [redacted] and his mechanic [redacted] followed me in their little green pickup truck to [redacted]. They spoke to the mechanic and the three of them agrred that the engine was no good and [redacted] agreed that he would fix the problem or find me a better engine. On Wednesday [redacted] sent a tow truck to pick up my car from [redacted] and take it to his shop A1 he said it will only take a week for the problem to be fixed. I've called [redacted] and have been told by [redacted] the guy that answers the phone that you car is being test drove it'll be ready on today and been told by [redacted] it will be ready by ** or [redacted] by lunch time I called and wasn't able to get a hold of [redacted] neither one on those days and on the [redacted] I spoke with him and he could not update me on my car so my husband called back and they had a heated discussion in regard to my car where both [redacted] and him exchanged some ungodly words. On the [redacted] when I called the so called [redacted] was put on the phone yelling maam why do you keep calling your car is not ready we will call you when its ready the mechanic got the flu, you can come pick up your car and you can bring anyone up here you damn well please even if it was the President of America. I told him [redacted] I just want my car if I bring any
