Ms. [redacted],  In reference to complaint #[redacted]:  Ms. [redacted] did in fact purchase a 2011 Dodge Durango on June 22,2017. All of our customers must test drive any vehicle they are interested in purchasing. When she completed her test drive she said she would like to purchase it and had...

no complaints.  In the window of each of our car's there is a Buyers guide that clearly states all vehicles are as is- no warranties.   We do test drive each vehicle a different one each day to make sure they are in good working order. She also complains about driving a vehicle with wear and tear caused by some one else. Our car lot only sells used vehicles and she bought a six year old vehicle. Its safe to assume there will be wear and tear.  Ms. [redacted] did not have any problems with this vehicle until more then sixty days after purchasing it. My first conversation with Ms. [redacted] was over the phone. She was very rude using numerous curse words but I never raised my voice and tried to help her as best as I could. We did replace her battery free of charge. We had a towing company pick up her car and tow it to a mechanic shop and we paid for the towing bill. We helped her get another motor and financed it interest free. We even have agreed to let her SKIP her monthly car payments and instead use that money to pay for the motor. We know of no other car lot who would do this. Most of our customers are very appreciative of our help but apparently Ms. [redacted] is not. I would also like to add that by her own account she did not start having problems with her vehicle until a family member worked on it for her.   Thank you,  [redacted]

This is our response to [redacted] complaint.  We made numberous attempts to contact [redacted] on August 12, August 13...

and August 18.  We left messages.  He was unresponsive.  It is difficult to work with someone that will not return phone calls.   The vehicle was left at a service shop for repairs.  No plans to repair were made was my understanding.   The decision was made to pick up the car and take it to a repair shop we do business with on or about August 22.  Initially that was all that was done.  [redacted] did contact us after we picked up the car.  He conveyed to me that he was not interested in getting the car back.  As for [redacted] desire for no liability for repairs to a car he damaged, I cannot comprehend  why that is of concern.  Is someone attempting to collect from him for the repairs?  No they are not.

Sincerely,
