Company sent in a handwritten response that has been transposed by Revdex.com staff-***Revdex.comEuclid Ave 4th FloorCleveland, Ohio 44115Attention: [redacted] ***A-Auto DetailE222nd Euclid, Ohio44117Customer ID # [redacted] never came 2wo A-Auto, her husband delivered & both vehicles for detailing an also picked up each vehicleAfter 1st car was cleaned customer’s husband had no complaints, nor did he state that the 1st vehicle was dirty wen he brought 2nd vehicle to us the next dayHis only concern was trying to locate his wife’s glassesThe owner Kendall B [redacted] did speak to Mrs [redacted] when he become aware of the issue, he explained to her that t there were no glasses located inside our shop and the employee who detail’d the vehicle did not see any glasses while cleaning her vehicle.We ask customer’s to remove personel items, change and clutter before we clean vehicles to avoid loss, of personal property an complaintsWe also require minimum possession of hours, clearing, an circumstances can extend that time.If we can be of further assistance please don’t hesitate to notify us 216-400-6680.Sincerely, Kendall B***
