I am the owner of A-Basement SolutionsWe were contacted by the consumer who wanted a basement inspection of a home he was buyingHe was told that because he was not the homeowner there was a $fee for the inspection and report and the $would be credited toward any future work done with our companyHe agreed.After the inspection the consumer said "he forgot his checkbook and would overnight the $immediately"He then contacted me asking for a lower price for the report, when I refused to negotiate he called me an I then told him I did not wish to do business with him and terminated the call

We have complied with each and every one of this customers demands

I am rejecting this response because: I never accepted the terms of $350 for services nor were they ever disclosed to me prior. I was going off of the assumption that I like everyone else who viewed the website were getting a free basement inspection. When I was then told by the business owner that the $350 was for his Florida fund" I knew he was taking advantage of me. Minimal inspection was done and he told me he would not address the issues in the house but rather start from scratch, which obviously would cost more. He knows I am a first time home buyer and tried to take advantage of the situation. He is an untrustworthy person and I did not call him an until he he insulted me and told me that maybe where I come from I can pretend to act smarter than everyone else but that won't work with him. He also said that he doesn't need my business and refused to speak wth me.

checks for $6600, the proposal signed with the date on it, an acceptable paid in full reciept , the adjusted wording for the 6 foot instead of four foot space of the [redacted] strap behind my oil tank on the warranty. (The adjusted wording is not very detailed but is acceptable.) The warranty is also signed by Mr. L[redacted].Mr L[redacted] refers to these requests as my demands. What I asked for is what is needed to make the warranty valid and so should have been standard procedure after any basement work of this nature, performed by this company. I should not have had to go to these lengths to get what was mine to begin with.Buyer Beware! Get the necessary paperwork to make your warranty valid.Thank you for your help in resolving this because it would not have been resolved without the Revdex.com[redacted]
